Only domestic shipping is available at the moment.
After your order has been placed, you can expect it to ship in 3-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation number and tracking number via email.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Since our items are handmade and limited we might not always be able to exchange an item, due to this we have a no exchange policy.

REFUNDS

We will always strive to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. If you have an issue with your order please send an email to info@waxncrafts.com, let us know your situation and reason for your refund request. Once we look over your situation, we will notify you if your refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it can take 1-3 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
